Council members will recommend spending more than $20,000 to repair the Alicia Parkway slope at tonight’s City Council meeting. Other items on the agenda: allocating an additional $10,000 to the city’s 10th anniversary parade committee and presenting awards to former Mayor Linda Lindholm and retiring Orange County Sheriff Brad Gates.
