The City Council on Tuesday will consider entering into a mutual aid agreement with the county to assess city damage in the event of a disaster. The council is meeting this week because of the Christmas holiday. The meeting begins at 7:30 p.m. in council chambers, 17855 Santiago Blvd. Information: (714) 998-1500.
