Jason Collins scored four touchdowns to lead Paso Robles to a come-from-behind 28-24 victory over Monrovia at War Memorial Stadium in Paso Robles.

Collins scored a touchdown in the third quarter and another in the fourth as Paso Robles overcame a 24-14 halftime deficit to win the title.

Akil Harris scored two touchdowns in first half for Monrovia.
