Post Offices Extend Hours, Open Sundays

The U.S. Postal Service is lending a helping hand this holiday season by extending hours and providing Sunday service at selected Ventura County post offices.
For the next two Sundays, five post offices will be open from 11 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.:
* Simi Valley, 2551 N. Galena Ave.
* Thousand Oaks-Conejo Village, 235 N. Moorpark Road, Suite A.
* Ventura East, 41 S. Wake Forest Ave.
* Oxnard main office, 1961 N. C St.
* Thousand Oaks main office, 3435 Thousand Oaks Blvd.
In addition, the main post offices in Oxnard and Thousand Oaks will be open 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. Monday, Tuesday and Dec. 21. For hours at a post office near you, call (800) ASK-USPS (275-8777).
