School district officials are still mulling a number of issues regarding a new elementary school, intended for students who enroll from the new Olinda Ranch housing development. The district has submitted the design plans to the state but must still decide on the number of students the school will accommodate.
Officials are also exploring how to get the additional money needed to build the school. They have developer funds but may consider a bond measure to pay for part of the construction.
