* The 350 computer assembly workers being laid off at Intel Corp.’s DuPont, Wash., plant have been offered tax-free bonuses of $3,000 each to stay on the job for two more months, until March. Intel is closing the assembly line at its 2-year-old plant because more computer makers now assemble their own computers. The company said its talks to contract with another company to assemble some computers “is taking a little longer than expected.”
