Apple to Unveil Updated Newton: Apple Computer Inc. will introduce today an improved version of its hand-held computer, called Newton MessagePad, which can send and receive electronic mail and faxes, and perform organizing, personal finance, minor computing and other tasks. The new model, called MessagePad 120, is the second update since the sluggishly received Newton made its debut 18 months ago.
