Discounts at La Mancha

The elegant Palm Springs resort La Mancha Private Villas and Club has initiated a discount program, effective all of 1995, for travelers over age 55 or who are members of American Assn. of Retired Person (AARP). La Mancha is a 20-acre security gated resort with 54 private villas with one, two or three bedrooms, wide-screen TVs, video players, patio barbecues, stereo music systems, washer/dryers, plus fully equipped kitchens with microwave ovens. The villas are spacious, secluded condominiums, some with private tennis court or private swimming pool. Guests receive a welcome fruit and snack basket and daily newspaper.
The senior discount is 10% Fridays and Saturdays and 20% Sundays through Thursdays. Senior guests will also receive two-for-one breakfasts or lunches every day.
Villa prices vary with the season. One-bedroom deluxe class villas, patio guest rooms and poolside villas are priced (before discount) from $165 to $350 per day until April 17, and from $145 to $205 April 18 to Dec. 19.
