Goodby to Del Taco: Mark J. Archer, 37, has resigned as chief financial officer and executive vice president of Orange-based Del Taco Inc.
Archer joined the fast-food chain in July, 1993, “at a critical time for the privately held company, which had just filed for reorganization,” according to a news release issued by the company.
“Archer directed the financial restructuring process and subsequently, the financial support to management’s acquisition of the company from GE Capital.”
