Jill Lloyd & Associates: Pam Heck has been named vice president of marketing and administration for the Costa Mesa public relations firm. Heck, who has been with the firm for three years, will coordinate marketing efforts for the Southern California Home & Garden Show and the San Bernardino County Fair. In addition, Lynn Schultz has been appointed community promotions coordinator.
