Itow, from Huntington Beach High, started her week in a frustrating fashion. Against Cypress, she got two early fouls and spent almost the final 13 minutes of the first half on the bench. But in the second half, she scored six of her 10 points as Golden West took over first place with a 75-57 victory. Against Fullerton Friday, she wasn’t hindered by foul trouble. She scored 16 points with a career-high 13 assists as well as six rebounds and five steals in a 94-60 victory.
