Harvard Plaza, a commercial center in downtown Santa Paula, is for sale.
The owners are asking $800,000 for the 11,000-square-foot center, according to real estate broker Scott Rushing of Century 21 Buena Vista in Santa Paula.
Harvard Plaza, on Harvard Boulevard near the Palm Avenue exit of the Santa Paula Freeway, houses Pollo Bravo restaurant, M&M; Bicycles, Gold Coast Audiology, Ameci Pizza and Quality Cleaners.
