Janex Files for Common Stock Sale

Janex International Inc., a Woodland Hills maker of toys and other products for children, said it has filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission to register 1.065 million shares of its common stock.
The company took the action on behalf of certain shareholders, who are either exercising warrants or currently own restricted stock. Janex said it will not receive any proceeds from the sale of the shares.
