SAN ANTONIO — Talk about hitting the books!
Convicts stripped of their exercise privileges figured out a way to exercise their rights and their muscles: They just ordered up a few bulky law books, strapped them together and started pumping legal briefs in their cells.
Inmates have the right to law books and related materials under law.
