COLLEGE
Los Angeles City College 111, Pasadena City College 62--Fresh off a 29-point victory over eighth-ranked Long Beach City College, LACC blitzed the Pasadena Lancers, 111-62, in a nonconference game at LACC.
Freshman forward Terance Askew came off the bench to lead all scorers with 23 points and 11 rebounds. LACC, ranked No. 2 in the state, opened the game with a 14-0 run.
Records: PCC 8-10; LACC 22-1.
