Three public hearings to discuss school textbooks will be held Jan. 23, a day before the Fullerton School District board of trustees will determine whether each district student has sufficient textbooks and instructional materials in every class.
The hearings will be held at Parks Junior High School, 1710 Rosecrans Ave., at 4 p.m.; Ladera Vista Junior High School, 1700 E. Wilshire Ave., at 5:30 p.m., and at the district office, 1401 W. Valencia Drive, at 7 p.m.
District officials said the hearings are necessary to qualify for state funds for classroom materials.
