Tokos Medical Corp.: The company said Thursday it has signed a contract to provide prenatal care services to health-care centers owned or franchised by Option Care Inc.
Tokos said it will gain access to customers in markets where Option Care, a home health-care provider based in Bannockburn, Ill., has an established presence.
Tokos, based in Santa Ana, said it expects to add about $1 million in annual revenue as a result of the deal.
