Foundation Health Corp. Continues Expansion

Foundation Health Corp., based in Rancho Cordova, near Sacramento, continues its invasion of Ventura County. The company has purchased for an undisclosed price three acres in Camarillo, where it plans to build a 19,000-square-foot medical office building.
The company expects to complete its first building in the county near the Ventura County Government Center in Ventura this spring, reports spokesman Kurt D. Davis. “We’re also looking for property in Oxnard,” he adds.
Foundation claims to be Ventura County’s largest health-management group, with 57,000 county residents enrolled. Pending completion of the new structures, members are being treated at Foundation doctors’ private offices.
