COLLEGE FOOTBALL DAILY REPORT : UCLA : UCLA Aide Sherman Joins Texas A

Offensive line coach Mike Sherman has told Coach Terry Donahue that he is leaving UCLA to take a similar position with Texas A&M.; Sherman was Texas A&M;’s offensive line coach for five seasons (1989-93) before coming to UCLA last March.

“In the final analysis, I think Mike felt a small town like College Station was a better situation for his family and gives him the opportunity to spend more time with his four children. We certainly wish the Shermans well,” Donahue said.
