Ted Iacenda of Hart High in Newhall highlights The Times’ 1994 All-Valley football team. The junior running back who scored an area-record 41 touchdowns has been selected player of the year. Other top honors went to Sylmar’s Durell Price as back of the year, Crespi’s Kane Cullum as lineman of the year, and Antelope Valley’s Brent Newcomb as coach of the year.
