LAKEWOOD : Father Finds Daughter, 18, Slain in Her Apartment

A father on Tuesday found his 18-year-old daughter shot to death in her Lakewood apartment, a sheriff’s spokeswoman said.
The young woman’s body was found about 6:30 a.m. at her apartment in the 21400 block of Bloomfield Avenue, said spokeswoman Irma Becerra. The victim’s name was withheld pending notification of other relatives, Becerra said.
