Benton Oil Hires Broker to Sublease Oxnard Office

Benton Oil & Gas Co., which is moving from Oxnard to Carpinteria in February, has retained a broker to sublease its office space in Oxnard’s Financial Plaza.
The company now occupies more than 7,000 square feet on the 11th and 20th floors of the Union Bank Building. Grubb & Ellis Co.’s Oxnard office is marketing the space.
