The newly renovated Dauphine Orleans hotel, at the corner of Dauphine and Conti streets in New Orleans’ French Quarter, is offering a midweek rate of $90 per room per night, timed to coincide with an exhibit titled, “The Monet Lake Paintings of Giverny” on display at the New Orleans Museum of Art from Jan. 7 to March 12. The price, good Sunday-Thursday, includes continental breakfast and afternoon tea but does not include taxes or parking. Standard rooms in the 109-room hotel usually start at $129 for singles and $149 for doubles. The special rate is based on availability and is blacked out Feb. 25-28.
