COLLEGE FOOTBALL DAILY REPORT : USC : Boselli Wins Postgraduate Fellowship

Offensive tackle Tony Boselli has been awarded an $18,000 postgraduate fellowship by the National Football Foundation and the College Hall of Fame.
A 6-foot-8, 320-pound senior, Boselli is a business administration major who made the 1991 and 1992 Pacific 10 Conference all-academic teams.
He will be honored Dec. 6 at a banquet in New York with eight other recipients, among them Stanford’s Justin Armour.

Coach John Robinson said he believed quarterback Rob Johnson would be healed and available to start at Washington State on Nov. 5. Johnson has suffered sprained right ankles twice since Oct. 1, and backup sophomore Brad Otton has started two games since. . . . Ken Grace’s 75-yard punt return Saturday was the longest this year in the Pac-10. . . . John Stonehouse punted six times for a 44.3-yard average Saturday, but lost his conference lead to UCLA’s Darren Schager, 43.2 to 42.8.
