Wyle Laboratories: The Irvine electronics distributor reported a third-quarter loss of $10.6 million, or 85 cents a share, which included a charge of $13.4 million resulting from a planned divestiture. That compares with profit of $2.8 million, or 23 cents a share, for the corresponding 1993 period. Sales were up 48% to $204.1 million from $138 million. The company recorded a net loss of $3.5 million, or 28 cents a share, for the first nine months of 1994, contrasted with profit of $7 million, or 56 cents a share, for the year-earlier period. Sales increased 51% to $567.8 million from $375.7 million.
