1994 Business Enterprise Award Winners Selected: Norman Lear’s Business Enterprise Trust cited three individuals and two firms for combining innovative management with social outreach. The winners are Mario Antoci, chief executive of Irvine-based American Savings Bank of California; Barbara Roberts, president of New York-based FPG International, a stock photography agency; Howard Schultz, chief executive of Starbucks Coffee of Seattle; Fel-Pro, an automotive products manufacturer based in Skokie, Ill., and Stamford, Conn.-based Xerox Corp., which received a Lifetime Achievement Award.
