U.S. Diverts Ship Suspected of Violating U.N. Embargo

KUWAIT — A Honduran tanker suspected of breaking the U.N. embargo on Iraq was diverted here Sunday for investigation.
It was the second time this month U.S. warships intercepted a tanker suspected of trying to smuggle an Iraqi oil shipment.
