Hilton Announces Election of Executive Vice Presidents

Hilton Hotels Corp. announced the election of Michael A. Ribero as executive vice president--marketing and strategic planning, and F. Michael O’Brien as executive vice president--gaming and hotel development. Ribero, 38, formerly senior vice president--marketing and strategic planning, will direct the company’s strategic planning activity and new business development efforts in the areas of retail, entertainment, brand enhancement, and exploration and evaluation of joint ventures and strategic alliances. Ribero is based at Hilton’s world headquarters in Beverly Hills. O’Brien, 53, previously senior vice president--gaming and hotel development, will continue to direct the company’s development efforts for both hotels and gaming. He will be based at the new Hilton Corporate Plaza office building in Las Vegas.
