San Marcos 53, Hueneme 22--Nathan Ridgell rushed for 96 yards and three touchdowns in 21 carries for host San Marcos (4-3, 3-1). Ronney Jenkins had 142 yards in 18 carries for Hueneme (2-5, 0-4).
MARMONTE LEAGUE
Thousand Oaks 28, Camarillo 10--Running backs Brandon Jackson and Bill Sperry combined for 250 yards rushing as host Thousand Oaks (2-5, 1-3) snapped a three-game losing streak.
Jackson rushed for 137 yards in seven carries, including a 79-yard touchdown run down the right sideline in the fourth quarter. Sperry finished with 113 yards and two touchdowns in six carries, including one for 63 yards for a score early in the third quarter.
Sperry also caught two passes for 22 yards and intercepted a pass.
Camarillo (1-6, 0-4), which suffered its fifth consecutive loss, was led by receiver Colin Foutz, who had five receptions for 95 yards and a touchdown. Roth Valencia rushed for 79 yards in 24 carries.
