Carpinteria 21, St. Bonaventure 8--Carpinteria amassed 242 yards on the ground and J.D. Thompson scored two touchdowns to lead the host Warriors in a Tri-Valley game.
Fullback Jeff Shaw carried 13 times for 113 yards, including a one-yard score in the first quarter. John Olivares added 129 yards in 13 carries.
St. Bonaventure quarterback Teohua Sanchez completed 16 of 24 passes for 133 yards, including a six-yard touchdown pass to tight end David Bernal.
