SEASON AT A GLANCE: Selby, a 6-foot-2 middle blocker, was All-Southern Section for last year’s Division I finalist. The Wolverines are 8-3, 5-0 in Mission League play, while playing a schedule that has included matches against Southern Section powers Fountain Valley and Brentwood.

WEEK AT A GLANCE: Selby had 44 kills as the Wolverines swept three matches. She had 19 kills and five blocks in a victory over Louisville, 17 kills and seven blocks against Flintridge Sacred Heart, and eight kills in a nonleague victory over Marymount, ranked No. 8 in Division II. “We were ready to play Marymount,” Selby said. “We really wanted to win a big game and it all came together this week.”
