CBS TV Movie Exec Quits: Trevor Walton, vice president for motion pictures for TV and miniseries at CBS Entertainment, resigned after repeated clashes with his boss, CBS Entertainment Executive Vice President Larry Sanitsky. Walton, who oversaw made-for-TV movies at CBS, had been on the firing line in recent weeks as several of the network’s TV movies have performed poorly in the ratings. However, executives attributed Walton’s resignation more to a difference in style with Sanitsky. The executive vice president has come under criticism for his dealing with some producers.
