Anaheim Plaza Commitment: The Old Navy Clothing Co., a subsidiary of The Gap, and Frame ‘n Lens,an optical store chain, have completed lease agreements with Anaheim Plaza. The mall, which was torn down earlier this year and is being rebuilt, is expected to reopen in November.
