Mark K. Mason was named executive vice...

Mark K. Mason was named executive vice president and chief financial officer of Fidelity Federal Bank. W. C. (Bill) Taylor III was named the company’s executive vice president and chief lending officer of mortgage banking.

Previously, Mason was a senior manager at Deloitte & Touche. Taylor was Fidelity Federal’s senior vice president and, prior to that, he was an independent consultant to the bank.

Fidelity Federal is a savings and loan based in Glendale and has 33 branch offices in Southern California.

* Raymond W. Boushie was named president of the Hydro-Aire Division of Crane Co. Previously, Boushie was vice president and general manager of the Sterer Division of Vickers Inc.

Burbank-based Crane makes materials and controls for aerospace and other industries. Hydro-Aire specializes in brake control systems.

* Orlando (Lanny) Raimondo has been named president of Technicolor Video Services in North Hollywood.

Raimondo was formerly president and chief executive of Pirelli Cable, a U.S. subsidiary of Pirelli SpA, an Italian conglomerate. He replaces Emmet Murphy, who has taken early retirement after 29 years at Technicolor, the parent of Technicolor Video.

Technicolor is owned by Carlton Communications, a large British film and video services provider.

* Dan M. Steric was named vice president of corporate lending at Western Security Bank’s Toluca Lake headquarters. Previously, Steric was executive vice president and manager of the real estate division at First Charter Bank.

Western Security Bank is based in Toluca Lake and serves the San Fernando and San Gabriel valleys.
