Agoura 35, Channel Islands 13--Agoura (1-4, 1-1) notched its first victory, converting a pair of first-half fumble recoveries into touchdowns at home.
Following a Channel Islands fumble on the second play of the game, quarterback Eric Fitzgerald tossed a seven-yard scoring pass to Ryan Capretta to put Agoura ahead to stay.
Agoura’s Tommy Kim rushed for 133 yards in 25 carries.
Mookie Boyd led Channel Islands (1-4, 0-2) with 78 yards in 10 carries, scoring on runs of five and 55 yards.
