Burbank 21, Glendale 13--Linebackers Mike Hernandez and Anson Beck stopped running back Jason Klintworth for no gain on the Burbank four-yard line as time expired to give the Bulldogs (3-2) their first victory over Glendale since 1988.
Glendale (0-5), aided by two personal-foul calls against Burbank, marched 40 yards in nine plays in the last 4 minutes 24 seconds.
Burbank quarterback Jason Jonas completed 11 of 22 passes for 207 yards and two touchdowns with one interception. Jonas connected with Carlos Baker on a 91-yard touchdown pass, and Vaughn Lucas returned a kickoff 81 yards for a score.
Glendale quarterback Jeremy Callister completed 11 of 23 for 142 yards and one touchdown.
