Dennis Franz as best actor over David Caruso!!! “NYPD Blue” (ABC) is the best program on TV and Caruso is the reason. His sensitive, riveting, multifaceted portrayal of John Kelly is outstanding. When he leaves, “NYPD Blue” is going to be just another run-of-the-mill cop show. The powers that be should have paid Caruso whatever he wanted. He gave them a winner and they threw it away.
