Dos Pueblos 24, Rio Mesa 6--Quarterback J.T. Stone’s 12-yard touchdown run in the fourth quarter at Dos Pueblos ended hopes of a Rio Mesa comeback. Stone completed 18 of 33 for 301 yards, including touchdown passes of 32 and 13 yards.
Dos Pueblos stopped Rio Mesa (1-4, 0-1) three times inside the Chargers’ 15-yard line.
Spartan running back Charlie Boch had 167 yards in four carries, including a 73-yard touchdown run.
