Syncor Purchases 100,000 Shares of Its Common Stock

Chatsworth-based Syncor International Corp., which operates a network of 112 nuclear pharmacy service centers, said it has purchased 100,000 shares of its common stock at an average price of $9.08 per share.
The company’s board of directors had previously approved the repurchase of up to 500,000 shares on the open market. Syncor dispenses radiopharmaceutical prescriptions and distributes bulk radiopharmaceutical products for use in diagnostic imaging.
