Police Find Boy, 17, Dead in Westminster

WESTMINSTER — Police responding to a report of gunshots just after 1 a.m. Thursday found a 17-year-old dead with a bullet wound in his head in the 13700 block of Edwards Street.
The boy was identified as Quy Tung Nguyen of Westminster.
Officer Greg Jackson said few witnesses have been located and the circumstances of the shooting are vague.
