Regency Move Scheduled: Regency Health Services will move from Newport Beach to Tustin on Monday. The nursing home operator completed a merger with Care Enterprises in Tustin in April. The merger created the state’s largest chain of nursing homes and rehabilitation hospitals, with anticipated annual revenue in excess of $360 million. About 80 Regency employees will join the 120-member staff in Tustin, spokeswoman Lisa Riordan said.
