Pete Truxaw has joined Urban Foods Inc., the Newport Beach owner and operator of Wok Spirit Chinese food restaurants, as director of operations. He previously spent nine years with Islands Restaurants, where he served as director of operations and director of development. In addition, Maureen Lee, who has more than 10 years of experience in the restaurant industry, has been appointed director of training and development.
