David J. Gilmour has joined the Newport Beach office of Kaufman Meeks Inc., an architectural design and land planning firm, as vice president of planning. Gilmour has more than 15 years’ experience heading the planning departments of Orange County architectural firms and also worked for the planning commission of the city of Philadelphia and the city and county of Beaufort, S.C.
