Martin Loth has been appointed president and chief executive of the Orange County office of Jardine Insurance Brokers Inc. He had been chief operating officer of both the Orange County and San Diego offices. In his new position, Loth will oversee both offices. In addition, Edwyn Gottlieb, who founded the Orange County office in 1979, has been appointed chairman.
