Huntington Beach Man Wins $25,000 in ‘Big Spin’

A Huntington Beach man has won $25,000 in this week’s California Lottery “Big Spin” game program.
John Haney, 32, said he plans to use the money for a down payment on a house.
“This is fantastic,” said Haney, who owns the California Sea Shell Co. gift shop in Seal Beach.
Haney said his wife purchased the winning lottery ticket for him as a Valentine’s Day gift.
