It doesn’t surprise me that some SC fan would make a statement that Los Angeles is and always will be a “Trojan town.” What does surprise me is that The Times would print something so ridiculous.

Reader Bob Lauman’s June 11 letter asserts that “Los Angeles has been and always will be a Trojan town.”
Funny, I’ve lived here for 11 1/2 years, but I always thought Los Angeles was a Notre Dame town.
