OXNARD : Police Searching for Man in Bank Heist

A bank robber was at large Friday night after stealing an undisclosed amount of money from an Oxnard bank, according to Oxnard police.
A teller at the Bank of America at 455 S. A St. told police that a man passed her a note just before 3 p.m. Friday demanding money.
Although she said she did not see a gun, the man showed her a jacket wrapped around his wrist and forearm and she handed him an undisclosed amount of money.
The suspect fled with the money.
Police said an investigation is continuing.
