Church Plans Groundbreaking Event

Laguna Niguel Presbyterian Church is planning a groundbreaking ceremony for its new sanctuary on Sunday at 4 p.m. The Rev. H. Kenneth McCullen, founding pastor of the church, will lead the ceremony. Local city officials will be present, including Laguna Niguel Mayor Janet Godfrey, as well as local clergy and the Rev. Dave Tomlinson, executive presbyter of the Presbytery of Los Ranchos.
