The company named Dr. Ryan Trimble, an FHP senior vice president, president of its health care delivery division, which will operate FHP medical and dental centers, hospitals, pharmacies and laboratories. R. Judd Jessup, former president of TakeCare, was named president of the health plans division, which oversees contracting with independent and FHP medical groups. And Burke Gumbiner, formerly FHP’s senior vice president of marketing and sales, will head the company’s indemnity life and health insurance and workers’ compensation companies.
