John D. Pierce has joined Voit Commercial Brokerage Co. in Irvine as managing partner. In addition to managing brokerage activities, he will head the firm’s international Americas Group and its Voit-Dunnings auction operations. Pierce was previously president of the MacArthur Group, a commercial real estate services firm. He has also served as vice president of marketing for Koll Co. and president and chief operating officer of Brinderson Development Corp.
